BorrowTools.com – Neighbors, Community, Honesty

Hey Everybody! We have a new site www.BorrowTools.com that allows you to borrow, sell or trade tools with your neighbors and others in your surrounding area. Once you sign up, you list the tools you are willing to loan, trade, or sell. This is a grass roots site and we’re still working on making it better, but the intent is to create new friendships based on trust, integrity and just doing something good for your neighbors and community. Get your neighborhood to sign up and next time you need something, check out your local area before going to the store to buy a tool you may not need again.

It’ll take some time for areas to build up a “tool box”.. but it’ll happen.. just be patient and be one of the firsts to list tools, instead of one of the ones to see who has what.

We will have a special promotion coming up… so please check the site out in the next couple of days.

Sounds good and love to help people, but I would have a hard time lending my tools out. i think i would lend my wife out before my tools, just joking honey. I know there are people out there who would lend their tools, so this seems like a great idea.
