What is concrete really?  Just rocks, cement and water right?  Well according to Wikipedia concrete is a 200 billion dollar industry.  Concrete is all around us and is the backbone of the American infrastructure.  It is one of the strongest building materials that exist and the technology of todays concrete is mind boggling.

Every year concrete geeks gather at their holy mecca, World of Concrete.  It is the only trade show dedicated to concrete.  It’s where tool manufacturers like HILTI, Husqvarna, DeWALT and Bosch show off their latest concrete tools.  This is our first year covering World of Concrete, we hope to learn a lot and share some new products with our readers.

We are headed out to Vegas again and will be covering the show almost everyday this week.  Eric will be posting, I will be tweeting and if we can get fast enough WIFI we will be uploading some videos for you guys.
