		<description>After clearing the the ice jam, if you have a leak inside you need to find where the leak is coming from, Inspect the area for damage and repair accordingly. Dry the area out and caulk to keep it from re-occurring. The bad think about water damage is MOLD, so you really want to make sure the area is dry. Every situation is different.</description>
