Trend’s New 2008/9 Routing and Woodworking Catalog

Trend has just launched their new 2008/9 Routing and Woodworking Catalog, which shows their new range of router bits, power tools, routing jigs, woodworking accessories and face shields.

The Catalog features exciting and new innovative products, and introduces the new range of Tungsten Carbide Tipped router bits. This new range includes 96 of the most popular selling router bits, with each profile detailed in the catalog with 2-D and 3-D images

Other new products launched in this catalog include the Airshield Pro powered face shield. This face shield features an eight-hour rechargeable battery, twin filters, a combination face seal and hood, plus a removable brow guard for easy access to the battery and filters.

Also featured is the 1.1HP T4 light duty variable speed plunge router. The T4 features a 6.6 amp motor, a spindle lock for easier cutter changes, a three stage turret depth stop, and a removable base for carving and die grinding

The popular range of routing jigs is further increased with a Staircase Jig, which allows you to rout out stair housings quickly and accurately, and also a new Countertop Jig, which enables 1/2” routers to cut precise butt and scribe joints in post-form countertops

The Hinge Jig has been complemented with the addition of the Door Clamp and Door Stand, which aids the stability of a door while routing the recess for hinges
