We recieved this lastest news from tylertool.com that Hitachi introduced three new Gas Nailers. The three new nailers are the finishing NT65GS 16 gauge straight nailer, NT65GB angle nailer and the NT65GA angle nailer. These three nailers use gas and the Lithium Ion batteries to power each pull of the trigger. Since they are battery and gas, you don’t have the pneumatic bulky cords.
The Hitachi nailer can hold up to 2-1/2″ fasteners and have the capacity to hold up to 100 per mag. With their double action reciprocating piston system, they can fire two nails per second. The Hitachi nailers use the Dry Fire Lockout which prevents activation when the nails come to an end. This is a great feature as it lets the user know when to replace the mag., prevents damage to work and prolongs the life of the tool and cartridge. Hitachi also has a detachable no-mar nose which helps protect your work also.
The Hitachi nail guns us a .6 oz fuel rod which give about 1,200 shots. These nailers use a 3.6 V Lithium Ion battery which can be charged in about an hour.
These kits come with the nailer, 2 -3.6v Lithium batteries, ac charger with automotive adapter, carrying case, saftey glasses, no-mar tip and hex bar wrenches. The fuel rods are sold speratly. The Hitachi nailer fuel rods product number is – 728981
